receipt of an enquiry, we will make contact to establish the nature
of your operation and the materials involved. We will then select
the most appropriate person to deal with your enquiry and assess
the
likelihood
of your need for compliance.
Threshold
limits apply to most processes so it is usual that a telephone
conversation or meeting will be arranged to establish the basic
data and site information. This is at no cost
to the client and enables us to quote for the Pre-Application Phase
