Background
TSI Scotland was established 5 years ago to address the growing
needs of industry to bring in expert advice when dealing with environmental legislation. Colin Porteous,
TSI Scotland’s founding director, saw that companies frequently required additional resource to assist with
legislative compliance and thus he formed a dynamic consultancy which could do precisely this.
The company draws on a wealth of experience and practical results gained from years of working in industry and
from liaising with authorities.
This experience allows TSI Scotland’s customers to have the confidence that the support they are receiving is
best available and that time (and therefore money) will not be wasted.

Confidentiality
Projects range in size from a few hundred pounds to many thousands
and can last anything from one day to several months. Given the overarching implications of Environmental
Legislation, it is usual that contact is made at a senior level. The need for confidentiality – both from a
legal and commercial viewpoint - is fully understood and TSI Scotland is able to effectively work in this role.
We are dedicated to ensuring that your organisation does not incur unnecessary cost or resource demands, and
will work with you to allocate the appropriate resources, for the necessary timescales and so keep your spend
to a necessary minimum.
